What to do

    Sign in to the member portal and open Subscriptions to find recorded charges and receipts.

    Match the charge

    Compare the date, amount and subscription shown with the charge on your payment method.

    Choose the billing action

    Update payment details or submit a refund or cancellation request from the same page.
